Allow for more elaborate work history at profile level

Currently, I have uploaded my resume and then it is presumably using that information as the basis for job match and Interview q&a.

I would like some way to provide more elaborated background information at a depth that is more detailed than what I would typically do in a resume or CV. By doing this, it would give the LLM tooling more content to draw from when doing job match, resume/cover letter generation, or interview q&a.
